## Common Topics

### API Keys & Access
- **Membership key not working?** Verify your key is included as `X-Agent-Module-Key: am_live_...` in the request header.
- **Trial key expired?** Trial keys expire after 24 hours. See `/api/waitlist` to join the membership waitlist.
- **Rate limit hit?** Check your usage against your plan limit via `/api/status`.

### Payments
- **Stripe payments:** Contact us at admin@agent-module.dev with your email and we'll look up your session.
- **Skyfire payments:** Include your Skyfire charge confirmation in your email.
- **Refunds:** Reviewed case-by-case. Contact us within 7 days of charge.

### Telemetry & PoO
- Submit Proof-of-Outcome telemetry via `POST /api/telemetry` (membership key required).
- PoO submissions are used to calculate aggregate confidence scores for cohort progression. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.

### Waitlist
- Check your position: `GET /api/waitlist`
- Update your registration: re-submit `POST /api/waitlist` with your email and updated `agent_id`.
